These Cowhide rugs are easy to clean by vacuum or shaking the rug out to remove dirt and dust.
Stains must be immediately removed using a damp, non-staining cloth or leather cleaning agents.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Return and refund available for undamaged items.
To receive full purchase price refund, the item must be shipped back within 7 DAYS of receiving. Refund will be made once we receive the undamaged item.
WHO PAYS FOR IMPORT TAXES?
Buyers are responsible for any import taxes, VAT, or customs fee that may apply.
If the package is returned unopened, unused and undamaged due to non-payment of customs fee, we will refund the payment minus the shipping price once we receive the item.
